3 Awesome Putt-Putt Golf Courses

It's Bavarian style mini golf in Alpine, with three great mini-golf courses to choose from. Whether visiting for the day or a holiday weekend, you’ll find families, friends, seniors and young couples playing with enjoyment! Mini golf amongst the mountains is truly a destination onto its own. Helen has some of the best mini golf courses in North Georgia.

Alpine Mini Golf

Located across from the Outpost Gold & Gem Mining Co., is the Swiss themed Alpine Mini Golf which most notice when driving into Helen. This 18-hole mini golf course is very clean and well maintained.

If you visit during a busy weekend, don’t worry; there’s plenty of seating while you wait for the group ahead. Even though this course has some good challenging holes it might be more demanding climbing up the hills towards that last few holes.

Alpine Mini Golf is opened till 9PM during the week and until 10PM on weekends. It can be really pretty playing at night with all the Christmas lights. Don’t forget to visit the ice cream parlor next door at Scoop De Scoop.

Bavarian Mountain Miniature Golf

There are two (2) 18 hole putt-putt courses at Bavarian Mountain. One is designed for regular golf players and the other one for just wild fun. These hilltop garden courses offer some breathtaking mountain views yet challenging enough for grown-ups while still being lots of fun for the kids. Before beginning your fun, there’s a practice area for putting.

What most folks find fun about Bavarian Mountain Miniature Golf is that you purposely putt your ball into running water on one of the holes of either course. The ball floats along the water as it carries it close to the hole.

Afterwards you can play in the indoor arcade that includes retro games or enjoy some ice cream.

Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf

Not into Alpine villages? Well then,….this 18-hole mini-golf is a great place to spend your time. Pirate's Cove has beautiful landscape featuring waterfalls, a Spanish ship, skeletal remains, caves, and scenic pirate displays Arg!..or is it Arrr!?

Designed exclusively for Pirate's Cove, this course has pirate history factoids at each hole while taking you through challenges such as waterfalls and hills.

You may not find Johnny Depp here, but you’ll most likely have a great time with friends or family. They are not open as late as other courses in Helen, so check them out before visiting. Oh, and there’s a great surprise treat at the end.
